Generally, Industrial dryers are classed as heavier duty build quality and are commonly larger machines.They typically are designed to operate up to 20 hours a day and offer customised cycle programs often to suit the requirements for specialised garment drying. Commercial; dryers are used up to 10 hours a day for more normal sized loads of laundry and can be operated by anyone.
Under Australian Standards only our Domestic ‘A’ series can be supplied for household use. These are constructed the same as our compact commercial dryers but with some special settings for home use. Electric dryers will need a 20 amp GPO to operate. The gas heat versions will require an authorised gas fitter certification to install and all units require exhaust ventilation to outside air to perform at their peak.
